Project: Pharmagenius
Taking full ownership of a product tailored to boost engagement of the pharmacists in Portugal, I launched a website entitled Pharmagenius.
I worked closely with an international team based in India, EMEA cluster (e.g. Spain) and USA in order to develop innovative contents and assets (email marketing, trainings, product portfolio displays, etc.).

Problem:
Low engagement and retention among pharmacists on professional development platforms.
The website's aim was to boost pharmacist engagement and retention through tailored resources and education.
Methodology
With the help of Excel, Tableau and Salesforce I managed to see which website pages had less engagement and design the appropriate strategies.

I helped an international team based in India, Spain and USA to implement top tier tailored email marketing campaigns in order to increase the average session duration and increase pharmacists' involvement with the website.

Solution
Our email campaigns had 𝟮.𝟱𝘅 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 (𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 ≥ 𝟲𝟮%, 𝗖𝗧𝗥 ≥ 𝟭𝟬%) than other PG' newsletters in the EMEA cluster and 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 and led to increased time spent on page and ultimately better-informed pharmacists.
Sales reps also communicated higher cross selling among their sales for enrolled pharmacists in the website.
